OVERVIEW

Arthur Elliott, a Charlotte, NC advertising agency, acquired this building right before the start of my internship. The beautiful 1,011 sq. ft. building has dedicated office spaces, a theater-like meeting room, several private office spaces, and a full kitchen and bar. As a result, renting out this space to other people who may want to host weddings, rehearsal dinners, parties, and other events, seemed like a great business idea for the agency. To host this venue into a single site, the agency wanted to build a website similar to other rental websites. Finally, they wanted to name it “The Fran” a nod to the agency CEO’s dog, Fran.

population increased 1.7% from July 2022-23

These statistics suggested there was a demand for finding venue spaces, especially in a city where couples were getting married and the overall population density was increasing.

Discover a website where you can browse specific spaces, learn in-depth details, and book the perfect space in one place. Take control of your upcoming event with ease and convenience, all at your fingertips within a feature-rich, convenient space.
